Give the Wanderbus a try, you could find it cheaper than using the car without the hassle of parking and with a convenient drop off on the return journey.

Surgery Shuttle Timetable

Tuesday Afternoons - there are two routes:

W15 SHC – Clifton – Henlow – Clifton – Shefford – SHC

W16 SHC – Meppershall – Campton – Shefford – SHC

    The routes run alternately on a loop/circle basis each with:-
  • A first pick-up run to SHC
  • A second run leaving SHC and returning some passengers and also picking up more passengers and taking them to SHC
  • A third (and final) run leaving SHC and returning remaining passengers**


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Because of the “shuttle” nature of this service it is NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKE RESERVATIONS for the bus

** The grey shaded areas on the Timetables indicate that although it is possible to board the bus at the given time so as to arrive at SHC at 17:12 (W15) or 17:49 (W16) a Surgery Shuttle return service is not available.

Timetable Example

A Patient/Passenger living near "The Crown" in Henlow makes a Doctor’s appointment for 15:00 he catches the bus at 14:24 which arrives at SHC at 14:37. If there are no delays he can catch the second run leaving SHC at 15:30 and will arrive back at “The Crown” stop at 15:39. Should he be delayed then the final run leaves SHC at 16:50 and will drop him off at “The Crown” at 16:59
